In celebration of World Green Building Week, GBCSA and property developer Nexxagen will be hosting a morning building tour of Aurum Zimbali Lakes, a residential development which has achieved EDGE Advanced Preliminary Certification (see feature in +Impact Magazine Issue 22).
With the #WGBW24 focus on #BuildingTheTransition, Nexxagen will highlight the approaches to energy, water and carbon embodied by the development, which has a distinct response to the local climate, and is designed and constructed with the future in mind.
