Biography

Professor Kholofelo Rakubu is the acting Head of Department of Safety and Security Management at the Tshwane University of Technology. With 18 years' teaching experience, she has supervised postgraduates and undergraduates in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Municipal Safety and Crime, Policing and Crime Prevention. Areas of interest include CPTED, governance, crime prevention, community violence and organised crime.
