The 42nd Annual Conference and AGM of the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF), to be held in Lusaka, Zambia from 10 to 13 November 2026, will bring together policymakers, housing finance institutions, investors, developers, and industry leaders to explore innovative approaches to addressing Africa’s housing challenges. Under the theme, Transforming Africa’s Housing Future: Innovation, Technology, and Value Chain Synergies, the conference will focus on leveraging technology, strengthening partnerships across the housing value chain, and advancing inclusive and affordable housing solutions. Hosted by the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF) and convened by the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa (CAHF) in collaboration with the Zambia National Building Society (ZNBS), the event aims to promote smarter housing finance, greater efficiency, and sustainable housing market development across Africa.
