The UN-Habitat Catalogue of Solutions 2026–2029 presents UN-Habitat’s portfolio of proven tools, methodologies, technical assistance, and advisory services designed to help countries, cities, and communities address pressing urban challenges and advance inclusive, resilient, and sustainable development. Built on decades of global experience, the catalogue provides practical solutions across areas such as housing, land management, urban governance, spatial planning, basic services, climate resilience, local economic development, and data-driven decision-making. Aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the New Urban Agenda, and UN-Habitat’s Strategic Plan 2026–2029, it serves as a practical guide for governments, development partners, civil society, academia, and the private sector to translate global commitments into concrete local action, with a particular emphasis on improving access to housing, land, and basic services as the foundation for sustainable urban transformation.
