Recognised as the leading annual affordable housing gathering in Africa, the 41st Annual Conference and AGM of the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF) will take place from 13–16 October 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya. This key event brings together leaders, innovators, and investors from across Africa and beyond—driving forward partnerships and investments in the affordable housing space.

This year’s event is delivered in collaboration with AUHF members based in Kenya – Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company, Shelter Afrique Development Bank, FSD Kenya, Habitat for Humanity International and iBuild Global. Set against the backdrop of a growing housing finance ecosystem, the conference will explore how blended finance can be harnessed to drive scale and innovation in delivering affordable housing across the continent.

The 41st AUHF Conference convenes under a bold and timely theme:

  • Complex Housing Markets: Examining the interplay between land, infrastructure, and finance in structuring viable projects.
  • Knowledge Exchange: Creating space for high-level dialogues, and networking to foster collaboration and innovation.
