The City of Johannesburg, in partnership with the Department of Water and Sanitation, Water Research Commission, Water Partnership Office, DBSA, and Planact, invites innovators, private sector solution providers, researchers, and technology developers to submit applications to showcase their Water-Efficient Sanitation Systems (WESS) at the upcoming Symposium on Advancing Water‑Efficient Sanitation Solutions.
This two-day event will bring together government, researchers, NGOs, CBOs, development partners, and industry leaders to explore scalable, sustainable, and dignified sanitation solutions that respond to the realities of dense urban environments, informal settlements, and areas where traditional waterborne systems are not feasible.
