The Quality of Life survey viewer is an online tool that allows users to access and explore data from the Quality of Life (QoL) surveys conducted in the Greater Gauteng City Region. These surveys, which have been conducted biennially since 2009, collect information on various aspects of life in the region, including quality of life, socio-economic conditions, attitudes toward service delivery, and more. The viewer serves as a user-friendly platform for policymakers, researchers, and the public to access and analyse the survey results. It provides an intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface where users can view key findings from the most recent QoL surveys (QoL 5 and QoL 6) and explore data at different spatial levels. Users can also focus on specific geographic areas of interest and examine the results for a selection of variables relevant to their research or interests. In essence, the Quality of Life survey viewer is a valuable resource for anyone interested in understanding the social and economic conditions in the Greater Gauteng City Region and monitoring changes over time. It helps users gain insights into the well-being and quality of life of the region's residents and informs policy decisions and planning.
