These profiles feature innovative projects from 52 African countries, highlighting pioneering approaches and new housing and housing finance products aimed at addressing the pressing challenge of housing affordability.
The profiles were originally included as text boxes in the 2023 Housing Finance in Africa Yearbook, which can be accessed on CAHF's website. By consolidating these snapshots of innovation into one booklet, readers can easily explore projects categorised by subject area, including finance, green building, affordability, building materials, partnerships, and target groups/mass housing projects.
