The Technologies for Service Delivery (T4SD) platform is an interactive online repository developed by South Africa’s Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI). It provides a central hub for innovative technologies and tools that support human settlements and basic service delivery, including solutions for housing, water, sanitation, energy, solid waste, and ICT.

The platform serves both technology developers and suppliers, who can showcase and promote their products, and practitioners, policymakers, and decision-makers, who can access, evaluate, and adopt appropriate, alternative, and sustainable solutions. It also includes decision-support tools to assist with planning, costing, design, and technology selection, making it a valuable resource for driving innovation, sustainability, and inclusive urban development.

The platform was officially launched on the 13th of August 2025.
