The Urban Knowledge Exchange Southern Africa (uKESA) continues to provide a wide range of valuable resources such as online articles, forum discussions, updates on professional events, and links to related websites. With the support of the CSIR and the Department of Science and Innovation, it is dedicated to promoting innovation and best practices for cities, towns, and villages. The platform aims to facilitate easier access to knowledge through features like an online library, a directory of experts and organizations, and lists of upcoming events.

uKESA is holding its annual user survey. We would really like to get feedback about your experience as a user of the Urban Knowledge Exchange platform.

Participation in this survey will help the uKESA team hear about your experience on the platform and whether the platform has been successful in achieving its goals. You are kindly invited to share your feedback by participating in a short survey, which should only take approximately five minutes to complete. Your input will greatly assist the team in improving the value of this resource for you and your organization. Please be assured that all responses will remain anonymous, and the information collected will be used solely to gain a better understanding of user needs and perspectives, allowing us to enhance the online platform.

The survey will remain open for a period of six weeks, until the end of June 2023. The uKESA team sincerely appreciates the time and cooperation in providing your valuable insights.
