The South African Research Chair in Science Communication at Stellenbosch University invites you to its third Imidibaniso Exchange, an annual one-day media and communications workshop for scientists of all disciplines, researchers, communicators, academics, and colleagues involved in any area of the sciences, as well as those interested in interdisciplinary exploration. The Exchange provides a comprehensive and interactive overview of best-practice communication tools and strategies to help share research with a broader audience and improve public engagement efforts.

This exceptional panel of speakers is drawn from the media, creative, artistic, and academic worlds. Their diverse expertise spans broadcasting, photography, theatre, literature, science communication, law, music, and advocacy, offering participants valuable insights and an opportunity to learn from voices who are not only leaders in their fields but also passionate storytellers and changemakers.
